Hello SEFC Family,

We want to give you an important update on our team's response to the situation surrounding COVID-19 (the Coronavirus). We have our congregation's health and safety at the forefront of our minds. With that said, we have made the prayerful decision to cancel all church programs at the church building including all Sunday worship services. We want to take every possible precaution to help prevent the spread of the virus within our community.

Instead of our public services, we are now worshiping together online. Join us Sunday mornings at 8:15 AM by clicking the button below to go to Sparta Church Online OR click this link to go to our YouTube channel, then click on the latest sermon video.

If you can’t join us at 8:15 AM, the service will be available, along with previous services and sermons, on our YouTube channel and app.

For those of you who cannot access YouTube either, the sermons are made available on our Facebook page on Sunday mornings at 8:15 am. Click this link to be redirected!

You will also be able to give your tithes and offerings by clicking here:
or in the Youtube video description.
Our Lord Jesus set the example  of what it means to love and serve those in need.
If you are willing and able to help by delivering groceries, meals, etc. to individuals in our church family and community who are immunocompromised,
please text ICARE to 84576, click the link in the reply text, and provide your contact information.

Join us as we love our community in Jesus' name!

How may I protect myself and others from COVID-19 and other respiratory infections?
  • If you are sick, stay home from work or school.
  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing a minimum of 60% alcohol.
  • When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your upper sleeve (not your hands).
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  • Avoid handshakes and try an elbow bump instead.
  • Practice good health habits.

Join us in prayer for the safety and health of our community, our country, and our world.

"Do not fear, for I am with you;
do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, surely I will help you,
surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."
