REFIT Revolution
Sixty minutes of cardio with toning, balance, and flexibility added in. All of the moves are set to uplifting, fun music.
You’ll be sweating (and smiling) in no time!

MONDAY mornings 9:15am with a 30 minute study on the book of Philippians.

REV & FLOW by REFIT
A sixty-minute strength-based class that helps improve your strength, balance, and flexibility.
It’s a dynamic workout that’s easy on joints without compromising the intensity.
Be challenged in new and unique ways through easy-to-follow movements and uplifting music.

THURSDAY nights 7:00 - 8:00pm
SATURDAY mornings 9:00 - 10:00am
2nd Floor, Fireside Room
Class fee $4.

What do I wear/bring?
For both classes, wear clothes you feel comfortable doing movement in.
Sneakers that are for cross-training or walking are best.
Bring a water bottle. For REV+FLOW, bring a yoga mat or beach towel as well as 1-3 lb. weights if you'd like.
