Come check out REFIT! We have two different group fitness classes that are designed for ALL ages, body types, and ability levels.

This isn't fitness for the able; it's fitness for the willing!

REFIT Revolution

Sixty minutes of cardio with toning, balance, and flexibility added in. All of the moves are set to uplifting, fun music. You’ll be sweating (and smiling) in no time! TUESDAY nights 7:30 - 8:30pm in the gym and THURSDAY nights 7:30 - 8:30pm in the Fireside Room. Class fee $4.


A sixty-minute strength-based class that helps improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. It’s a dynamic workout that’s easy on joints without compromising the intensity. Be challenged in new and unique ways through easy-to-follow movements and uplifting music. MONDAY nights 7:30 - 8:30pm and SATURDAY mornings 9:00 - 10:00am in the gym. Class fee $4.
Both classes are meant for EVERY body. Our instructors will help you tailor the movements to meet the needs of your body, whether that’s taking care of a knee injury, beginning your fitness journey, or figuring out how to do a tricky step!

What do I wear/bring?

For both classes, wear clothes you feel comfortable doing movement in. Sneakers that are for cross-training or walking are best. Bring a water bottle. For REV+FLOW, bring a yoga mat or beach towel as well as 1-3 lb. weights if you'd like.
