CHILDREN'S MINISTRY WING UPDATE




What an amazing weekend celebrating the completion of our Children's Ministry Wing! We are so excited for Children's Core classes and 4Real Worship to use the new wing this Sunday.  God has provided us with a beautiful space and we expectantly wait to see how He uses it to transform hearts and lives for His glory! 

Special thanks to the church members who served on our Building Committee over the last 4 years. These men have given generously of their time and skills. Thank you to  Glen McCoid, Tor Andersen, Stu Salvigsen, Ed Sandgran,  Doug Thuen  Mark Andersen, Rick Bruno, Sean Backstrom, Rich Ferguson, Ravi Katara, John Burgess, Erwin Morales, & Gordon Jensen.

Spreading Joy

12/14/25 | After 2nd Service - 2:00pm
Each year during the Christmas season, Sparta Church spreads joy to our local nursing homes and shut ins. We will gather in the worship center for a light lunch, split into teams, and visit local nursing homes to sing carols and visit with the residents.

Christmas Festival

12/13/25 3:00-5:00 pm
Save the date and share with your friends in the community! Our annual Christmas Festival will be a great time to celebrate the gift of Jesus. We'll have crafts, cookie decorating, hot chocolate. story time and a special 4Real Christmas skit.
This event is free. Please bring an item to donate to Sparta Food Pantry.

Candlelight Christmas Eve Service

Join us for one of our Candlelight Christmas Eve Services at 4:30 or 6:30 pm.
 The Family Room will be available.

SERVE OPPORTUNITIES

On Sunday morning, we will be sharing more about our annual Sudan Project. Please prayerfully consider how the Lord would lead you and your family to serve others this Christmas season. 

Serving in Newark

On Saturday, a 4REAL serve team went to Newark to serve at House of Mercy Mission. Over 150 people were provided with meals and food and the love of Christ was shared! What an amazing day!

Loving Families in WVA

Our church family was able to provide over 250 meals to West Virginia families in need! Last weekend a team drove down to Webster Springs to deliver your gifts.  Thank you for your generosity!

Operation Christmas Child

We collected 304 boxes this year! Did you forget to bring back your OCC boxes? Please drop it off at the new Info Center Sunday morning.
