Looking for a Healthy New Habit?

Join our Men's or Women's Fitness groups!

If you are looking for fellowship, fun, or fitness, our men's and women's fitness classes are a great way to get connected. Currently, the women host two classes and the men just began a Wednesday morning group. These groups are an encouraging time with others in the church family and are also a great activity to invite your community friends to come join you.

- REFIT & Refresh on Monday mornings in the Multipurpose Room. Start with a fun and uplifting cardio workout from 9-10am, and then join us at 10am for a one-hour study on the book of Exodus. Women are welcome to join the workout, the study or both. Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers and bring water. Suggested donation for the fitness class is $4. Child care is available!
- Rev+Flow is on Thursday nights at 7pm. This is a workout like no other that is designed to be kind to your body. Improve your strength, mobility, and flexibility and have fun while you're doing it! Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers and bring water. An exercise mat is recommended, as well as 1-3lb hand weights if desired. Suggested donation for the fitness class is $4.
- Men's Fitness meets Wednesday mornings at 6 am in the gym. Workouts are about 45 minutes long. No equipment is required, and all workouts are scalable to suit any fitness level. Each morning closes with a 10-minute devotional.
