1. Read 1 Peter 2:4. How have you seen people today reject Jesus? Why?

2. Read 1 Peter 2:5. Why does Peter call Christians ‘living stones’?

3. What does it means that we are ‘being built up as a spiritual house’? See also Ephesians 2:19-22.

4. Read 1 Peter 2:6-8. What is the primary purpose for having a cornerstone?

5. As ‘living stones’ what does it mean to align yourself with Jesus? What does this look like in your life? What are you struggling with now that is causing friction in your daily faith walk with Jesus?

6. 1 Peter 2:5 tells us to “offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God...”. Review the following ‘love languages’ and identify how you can express your sacrificial love to God through each one this week.
